Exchanges and returns

To protect the environment, we do not include a return slip with our packages. Please follow the following 4 points when returning your item.

1. You can download and print the return slip here . Your order number (see delivery note) is required for returns.
2. Please fill out the fields carefully.
   Would you like to exchange your items? Select “ Exchange ” on the return form and tell us the size you want. We will send you the right item immediately.
   Would you like to return your items? Select " Return " on the return form and tell us your reason for the return. After receiving the goods, we will refund you the amount.
   Would you like to cancel your Mary by sticklett rental ? In the return form, select “ Return ” and indicate return reason 8 .
3. Cut the return slip on the dotted line and place the lower section in the return package. Please stick the upper part on the package.
4. Frank the package to a shipping service provider (e.g. post office, etc.) of your choice and send it back to us.

We ask for your understanding that we only accept goods that are unworn and unwashed and can be offered for resale.
